Fawad Khan, Sidharth Malhotra and Alia Bhatt starrer “Kapoor and Sons” is unstoppable at the worldwide box office, while Kareena Kapoor Khan and Arjun Kapoor’s “Ki and Ka” has become a hit.

The Fawad-Sidharth starrer has earned Rs. 117.98 crore from the worldwide box office. “Kapoor and Sons” earned approximately Rs. 71 crore from the domestic box office and from the overseas box office the film is all set to cross Rs. 50 crore mark.
“Kapoor and Sons” has shattered the records of Akshay Kumar’s “Airlift” at the overseas box office to become the biggest grosser of 2016. The family drama, directed by Shakun Batra, earned Rs. 46.61 crore from the overseas box office, until now.
“#KapoorAndSons does SMASHING biz Overseas. Total so far: $ 7.02 million [₹ 46.61 cr],” trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted.
In India, “Kapoor and Sons” is the third highest grosser, but at the worldwide box office, Fawad-Sidharth starrer is the second highest grosser.
Ki and Ka
The Kareena-Arjun starrer is holding well in India as well as in the international market. The film has grossed Rs. 65.44 crore (Rs. 45.81 crore NBOC) from the Indian box office and from the overseas box office it raked in Rs. 22.61 crore.

“Ki and Ka” is now the fourth highest Bollywood grosser of this year, after “Airlift,” “Neerja,” and “Kapoor and Sons.”
“Kapoor and Sons” and “Ki and Ka” have been holding well at the box office, but it remains to be seen how both the films will do after the release of Shah Rukh Khan’s “Fan” this April 15.
