Producer Sharrath Marar unleashed three posters and a teaser of “Sardaar Gabbar Singh” on YouTube on 14 January as a Sankranti treat for fans of Power Star Pawan Kalyan.

On Sunday, Sharrath Marar announced that the Sankranti celebrations had begun on the sets of “Sardaar Gabbar Singh”, and Pawan Kalyan had sent out his love to all his fans. The producer tweeted, “Sankranti Sambaralu begins. #PSPK #PawanKalyan sends his love to all his fans from the sets of #SardaarGabbarSingh. (sic)”

Sharrath Marar had released a poster of “Sardaar Gabbar Singh” and hinted that its teaser with more posters would hit the net on the eve of Sankranti. On Tuesday, he wrote: “Just what we were all waiting for!!! #SardaarGabbarSingh #PawanKalyan #PSPK #TeaserJan14th. #PSPK #PawanKalyan #SardaarGabbarSingh An exciting and mind blowing poster today & then the final poster tomorrow.3 in a row..ENJOOYYY !!! On Wednesday, the producer revealed the that teaser of “Sardaar Gabbar Singh” would be released on the official YouTube channel of his production house Northstar Entertainment Pvt Ltd. “Teaser to follow as planned. #SGSTeaserOn14thJan Subscribe to http://www.youtube.com/northstarplay & /Erosnow for exciting updates on #SardaarGabbarSingh. (sic)”

Today, Sharrath Marar wished his followers on the eve of Sankranti and shared the YouTube link to the teaser of “Sardaar Gabbar Singh”. He tweeted: “Sankranthi Subhakaankshalu!! (sic)”

Pawan Kalyan plays a police officer in “Sardaar Gabbar Singh”. The 27-second video of the film shows the Power Star seen arriving on a horse, dressed absurdly in a cops’ shirt and belt, lungi, slippers and goggle. His getup has impressed the audience and created a lot of curiosity about his role. This teaser has surely raised the expectations of fans.

“Sardaar Gabbar Singh” is an action film written by Pawan Kalyan and directed by Bobby aka KS Ravindra. The movie features Pawan Kalyan and Kajal Aggarwal in the lead. Devi Sri Prasad is composing the music for its songs and background score, while Arthur A Wilson handles the camerawork. The film is scheduled for worldwide release on 8 April.
