“Grey’s Anatomy” Season 12 is keeping its promise of delving deep into each character’s life, especially that of Meredith. While Episode 9 showed how the lead character of ABC’s medical drama survived a brutal attack, Episode 10 will explore more about her state of mind, post this attack.
Episode 9 was all about Meredith and the brutal attack on her by a patient. All the doctors rushed in to treat Merdith after a brutal attack that almost killed her in “Sound of Silence.” After all the efforts to save Mer, the doctors finally succeeded. At the end of the episode, Amelia tried to make amends with Meredith, but Mer doesn’t forgive her. Once she’s home, Meredith also told Alex to declare his love for Jo and he does it.
In Episode 10, we will see Meredith coming to terms about how a lot of things have changed after the death of her husband Derek Shepherd. Everyone around Meredith is trying to help her deal with the trauma, but she will be seen pushing away everyone.
The promo of “All I Want is You” teases that Meredith will no longer want to spend time with her friends and she is shown visiting a shrink for therapy. She is seen telling the doctor that she has accepted that she’s a widow and doesn’t mind being alone. She also says that she doesn’t welcome Maggie’s idea of having people over all the time.
Meanwhile, Maggie and Callie perform a risky, experimental surgery on a teenager, and Nathan and Owen continue to remain at odds. On the other hand, Maggie and Andrew’s relationship will progress.
The synopsis of “All I Want is You” (via TV Guide) reads: “The staff tend to Meredith and her trauma. Meanwhile, Callie and Maggie perform an experimental surgery on Alex’s teenage patient, despite Alex’s objections; Owen continues to clash with Nathan; and things progress with Maggie and Andrew’s relationship.”
“Grey’s Anatomy” Season 12 Episode 10, titled “All I Want is You,” will be aired on Thursday, Feb. 18, 2016, at 8 p.m. on ABC.
