Kapil Sharma might have irked director duo Abbas-Mustan and Colors Channel, but the comedian still has his hands full with a TV show and movie projects.
On Tuesday, the comedian launched his new TV titled “The Kapil Sharma Show” and along with that, he revealed about his second Bollywood film. Kapil said that he is in talks with “Queen” director Vikas Bahl and they are discussing on a story.
“We had been in talks for a film earlier, which didn’t work out. Now, we’re discussing another story,” Kapil said, according to Spotboye.com.
The actor and director are in talks, but that will not be “The Kapil Sharma Show” host’s next project. The comedian will soon reveal about his next Bollywood project.
Meanwhile, the actor, who made his Bollywood debut with “Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon,” has reportedly miffed the director duo of the film. Apparently, Kapil went on to say that “Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon” became a huge hit at the box office because of his popularity. This has irked the makers of the film, who decided not to work with the actor anymore.
In other news, Kapil launched his new show “The Kapil Sharma Show,” after his last show “Comedy Nights With Kapil” was pulled off air. The new show will feature Kapil, Ali Asgar, Kiku Sharda, Navjot Singh Sidhu, Sumona Chakravarti and Sunil Grover. The show will air on Sony Television from April 23 at 9.00 p.m.
“I trust my team. They are talented. We will do our best and work with honesty. We hope people will like this new show,” Kapil said, according to DNA.
